Operational Support Human Capital Development (Freelance)

We are looking for an operational support for our Human Capital Development team. This assignment is for the duration of approximately 6 months for 36-40 hours per week. The starting date as soon as possible.

Operational L&D support Data Literacy Programme:
- Provide operational L&D support for implementing, developing, and evaluating the tracks for the NN Data Literacy Programme
- Operational L&D support with the implementation process of the managers track for 1500 managers.
- Collect, analyse, and report on content related to the tracks of the data literacy programme
- Communicate with participants, partners, and stakeholders
- Continuously ensure the programme aligns with changing needs and objectives
- Manage stakeholders, communication plans, and timelines
Operational support Leadership Development:
Assist the Leadership Development specialist in designing development programmes.
Understand the bigger picture and ensure smooth programme execution:
- Set timelines and deadlines
- Proactively assess customer needs and execute corresponding actions
- Involve stakeholders as needed
Work independently to implement leadership programmes:
- Manage logistical, facility, and administrative tasks (scheduling, bookings, invoicing, general support)
- Collect, analyse, and report on content related to NN leadership programmes
- Communicate with participants, partners, and stakeholders

This assignement is positioned in the Human Capital Development (HCD) team within Group HR. This is one of the expertise teams. The candidate will be working very closely together with the Leadership Development Specialist and Project Manager for the Data Literacy programme and the different tracks.
