
HR Business Partner
Role and responsibilities
In this exciting position you will be responsible for the key activities of the HRBP, and due to business needs with emphasize on the following:
- Integrate business challenges and HR solutions
- Develop People Management capabilities
- Coach leaders to develop high performing teams
- Change management
- Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
- Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business to run the HR operations
Education and experience
You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.
Experience
- You have at least 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business (in a similar company).
- You bring knowledge in the field of Change Management, People Performance Management, Talent Management, and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.
- You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to business leaders

Other information
Please note this is not an open position but a Pipeline requisition. This means we use this position to meet new possible candidates which we will contact once we have a position open. The roles are full-time positions (40 hours). Working part-time could be possible in case you're available for at least 4 days a week.
